Our order process is as simple as 1, 2, 3! Upon completing your payment details during the checkout process, you should shortly receive a confirmation notice at the provided email address. A shipping confirmation email should follow after 1 - 3 business days. Email the customer service team on if further assistance is required at any point.

Shipping & Delivery

I received different pricing details in my shipment?

This situation may arise if you live outside the US. When shipping to customers outside of the US we are often required to include customs costs and/or a shipment invoice in your package. Thus, the pricing details will vary depending on where you live.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! This is one of the perks of Johnson & Smith that we pride ourselves in. We offer FREE shipping worldwide for orders over $35. Please be patient with international orders as they will inevitably take longer to get to you, allow 8 – 10 days before you inform our customer service team of a missing order. Some items are even expected to arrive within 3 business days. 

Can I track my order?

We provide tracking details on all orders. Please check your email inbox about the tracking notification. If you haven't received your tracking notification within 3 business days of your order please message us on in order to access your tracking details.

Do I have to pay customs and/or import charges?

Johnson & Smith cannot be held responsible for any custom charges made in your country. It is advisable to check the pricing guide at your local customs department if you think you may have to pay an additional fee.

My order has not arrived, what do I do?

Please be patient with international orders as they will inevitably take longer to get to you, allow 8 – 10 days before you inform our customer service team of a missing order.
