Returning for Replacement or Refund

Any Johnson & Smith product can be returned for a full refund or store credit at any time and is covered by the J&S Lifetime Guarantee. We offer a hassle-free and easy return process for all domestic and international orders. Please contact our customer care team at contact@johnsonsmithclothing.com to schedule your return.

The shipping cost is on us if the return or exchange is caused by our fault, otherwise a flat fee of $6.95 applies. 

Returns can take up to 7 days to process, so don't be alarmed if you've tracked your return as delivered but haven't heard from us yet.

Before returning items to us, please read and follow the instructions below. Please make sure that you understand our returns policy and ensure that all criteria are met before physically sending any items back to us.

 

How to Return Items

1. Securely package the items you wish to return, fill out and include the Return Form, and affix the Easy Return shipping label found on your packing slip.

2. Give the package to your mail carrier or drop it off at any U.S. Post Office or collection box.

 

General Types of Returns

1. Mis-shipped Products

For mis-shipped items (item received was not item ordered), once confirmed, we will be responsible for an item exchange and any shipping fees. If you so choose, you can also return the product and get a full refund incl. the shipping fee if any.

2. Color Errors

If the color of the item received is not what was ordered, you are eligible for a full refund. (This does not apply if the color difference is caused by your display monitor.) Color errors are subject to our Free Shipping with Re-order policy.

3. Size Errors

If the size of the item received is not what was ordered, you are eligible for a full refund. (This does not apply if the size difference is caused by ordering the wrong measurements on your side.) Size errors are subject to our Free Shipping with Re-order policy.

4. Quality Issues

We will be responsible for an exchange or refund if there are any product quality problems. Customers may need to send the product back to us, and after confirming that the product has not been damaged on purpose, we will exchange the product free of charge or offer a refund.

5. Damaged During Shipping

If your product was damaged in the shipping process please email contact@johnsonsmithclothing.com with photos of the damages within 3 days of receiving your item. We will be in touch and arrange a replacement to be shipped to you.

6. Non-Quality Issues

For any returns or replacements not at our fault (e.g. you simply don't like the item or it is different from what you expected) a flat return fee of $6.95 applies. The return fee of $6.95 will be deducted from the amount of your refund.
